While we hope that once your order arrives your excited and it's just how you imagined .... we are aware however that from time to time there maybe a problem and you would like to return it. No problem simply read below and get in touch.....

General Returns/Change of Heart
If you are not satisfied or simply change your mind with any product and would like to return it to us we are more than happy to refund or credit the cost of the item excluding the cost of the original postage provided that it is unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

If you would like us to arrange our collection service we are more than happy to do this, however there will be a collection fee charge of £16.00 (UK mainland only).

If products have been assigned or despatched when you contact us, you may return them within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

If you need to cancel or amend a product order it is important to contact us immediately.

By Post: If you return Products by post, please ensure you package and label them properly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you retain some proof of postage in the event that the Products go missing, as Products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them.

Use our collection service: If you would prefer to use our collection service, we are able to book a collection for a day that is convenient to you. However there is a charge for this service of £16.00 (only available for UK mainland deliveries).

Defective Products
If you believe any of our Products to be of an unsatisfactory quality please immediately contact Customer Services on 0845 072 8480 and treat your Product with the utmost care.

We will ask you to return the item in the original packaging to us via royal mail 2nd class parcel signed for. Please ensure you package and label them correctly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. Products will remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Once we have received the item/s ad have verified that the product is defected, we will refund the cost of postage shown on the parcel along with the original cost of the item/s.

If you would prefer us to collect the item, we will be more than happy to arrange our collection service for you at a cost of £16.00 to you(UK mainland only). The cost will be deducted from the final refund or a request for payment in advance if the item is of a lesser charge.
