Customer Services Information
Our sales and customer services lines are open Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 5:30pm. Should you need to contact us out of these hours, you are more than welcome to leave a voice message on our messaging system and please remember to leave your full name, postcode and daytime contact number. We promise to promptly respond to all calls and queries upon our return.

Important information to help you
We fulfil all orders on a first come, first serviced basis. Should an item be sold out or temporarily unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any changes made to your order.

Standard delivery is usually within 7 days of placing the order, if an items is out of stock on your order delivery can, on occasion, take up to 28 days or more, but we will always inform you of this as soon as possible.

Waiting for your order to be delivered?

We work very closely with an independent courier UK Mail who endeavour to deliver our parcels to your homes safely and securely.

Our parcels are delivered between 8am and 5:30pm only on week days and require a signature on delivery. If you are unlikely to be home during these hours please ensure you leave ‘special instructions when placing the order online or ideally an address that we can leave it with as we do ask for a signature. The driver is able to leave the parcel with a neighbour provided you are able to inform us before your order is dispatched.

Standard Deliveries
Standard Mainland UK delivery is charged at £5.00. Please see below for postcode guide for delivery area. We generally send goods via CityLink. Smaller items can be sent via Royal Mail Recorded. However, £5.00 covers posting packing and insurance.

We do offer free delivery for items ordered over £100.00 to Mainland UK only.

Overseas Deliveries
Worldwide orders at present are not available, due to the fragile nature of most of our products.

However we are happy to post items that cannot be broken and are always happy to quote postage for individual items based on there weight and fragility.

UK Islands - see below To give you an idea a quote of £45.00 will be charged for postage to these areas for large orders to cover heavy and valuable items. However, don’t be put off! If you have a small, lower value order we will be likely to get you a much cheaper shipping charge through Royal Mail and charge you accordingly. Feel free to get in touch if you would like a quote for delivery.

All Orders Please Note
A signature is ALWAYS required. Perhaps it would be easier for you to have your delivery to a work address to make sure that it is delivered directly to you?

Unfortunatly we will have to charge postage re delivery if it's are returned to us if not collected or re delivery attemps have failed.

Returns
If you don’t like something, or it doesn’t fit, or it’s not how you thought it would be, or it's damaged, don't worry! We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Please do call and let us know as soon as possible though. We will endeavour to fix the problem or alternatively return the item/s in their original condition and we will refund you (excluding postage charges). The responsibility is with you until we receive your parcel so please return via royal mail 2nd class with proof of postage from your Post Office. You must return unwanted items within 14 days and we'd prefer is if you call us first in case we can rectify the problem.

If you would prefer to save a trip to the post office, we are happy to arrange an optional collection for you for returns but please be aware this comes with a non negotiable £16.00 charge (UK mainland only). This will be deducted from your original refund. Simply package the item up and give us a call to collect at your convenience.
